Andrea M. Tanguay is the Founder and Principal Architect of Stratiix, a transformation consultancy and digital systems studio focused on governance, workforce innovation, and enterprise‑grade credentialing ecosystems.
With an Executive MBA in Global Leadership and a multidisciplinary background spanning communications, tourism, organizational strategy, and digital transformation, Andrea brings a systems‑level perspective to complex institutional challenges.
She designs frameworks that integrate governance, technology, and human‑centered design into scalable, future‑ready solutions.
At Stratiix, she leads the development of digital credentialing architectures, workforce intelligence models, and transformation strategies for organizations modernizing how they recognize skills, manage talent, and build trust in digital environments.
